At Ladela School, we believe in nurturing the whole child, and that includes equipping them with essential life skills for future success. Recently, we had the pleasure of collaborating with Learning Impact, a leading provider of educational programs, for an incredible LIFE SKILLS program specifically designed for our Primary 4 and 5 students.
This wasn’t your average classroom session! Our young learners embarked on a fun-filled adventure that honed their skills in:
- Leadership: Through engaging activities, students discovered the qualities of a strong leader and practiced taking initiative, inspiring others, and working effectively towards a common goal.
- Financial Literacy: They learned valuable lessons about budgeting, saving, and making smart financial decisions – knowledge that will benefit them throughout their lives.
- Communication: Effective communication is key to success in all aspects of life. The program emphasized clear and confident communication, active listening, and collaboration skills.
- Creativity: Our young minds were brimming with creativity as they tackled challenges and explored innovative solutions.
The program was a resounding success! Our Primary 4 and 5 students had a fantastic time while gaining invaluable life skills that will set them up for success in school, their future careers, and beyond. A big shout-out to Learning Impact for this awesome collaboration!
