Getting Started
You can obtain our Admission Form at a fee of N5,500 from the school or you can download one online. Once the completed form is returned, the admission Officer will schedule the child for a written test where applicable.
Parents may fill out the admission form after touring the school and meeting with the Admission Officer. You may use this online platform to complete the admission process and surf through our website to see all you need.
Families typically enroll their children for the start of the school year which begins in September. However, we also offer rolling admissions. This allows children to join a classroom at any point during the school year if space is available.
Age Requirements and Testing
Yes, written placement tests are required for all applicants except early years pupils (Playgroup/Pre-Nursery). Age appropriateness for each grade level is strictly considered.
Ladela may offer a provisional admission letter with a recommended refresher program to address learning gaps. The child can then retake the placement test after completing the program.
About Ladela Schools
Ladela is a co-educational secular school offering both day and boarding options for students from Playgroup to SS3. The school respects all religious backgrounds and offers inclusive education for students with special needs.
Boarding students receive five meals daily. Lunch is available for day students upon pre-booking.
Ladela operates from 7:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

7:30-7:45 – Regular resumption time for other students
7:45-8:00am – Morning Assembly
8:00 – 8:15am – Mental Maths
7:30-8:00am is Calisthenics on Wednesday only.
2:00pm – Close of school for Nursery and Primary Pupils.
3:30 pm – Close of school for secondary school students.
